Parent Carer Information Session: Youth Mental Health
In honour of Mental Health Month and in an effort to promote mental well-being, Metro Assist is teaming up with Headspace, Co.As.It, and the Inner West Council to host an information session at the Ashfield Civic Centre.
Gain awareness and knowledge regarding the mental health challenges faced by young people. The session will focus on equipping parents and carers with essential support skills and strategies to manage young people's stress and mental well-being.
WHEN: Tuesday 10 October
TIME: 6PM - 8PM
WHERE: Ground Floor Rooms, Ashfield Civic Centre, 260 Liverpool Rd Ashfield.

- Hear from a panel of mental health clinicians and local young people sharing their insights about youth mental health issues.
