FREE 7 Week Yoga Class

Yoga is a great way to support physical and mental health. It helps you feel relaxed, improves sleep, calms the mind and can help you manage symptoms of depression and anxiety.
Over seven weeks you will build up skills to support your wellbeing and connect with others.

First session is Thursday 11 May 10-11am. And then 18, 25 May and 1, 8, 15, 22 June 2017 at Lakemba Library Meeting Room - 62 The Boulevarde, Lakemba.

All welcome! No experience necessary - just wear comfy clothes.
